Appointment of new Junior Performance Manager

We are delighted to announce the appointment of a new Junior Performance Manager for the upcoming 2025-26 season. Meet Olivia Herries - currently studying Medicine at Cardiff University, Olivia is passionate about all things lacrosse! Unfortunately unable to play this season due to injury, she has stepped up to coach her uni team (Cardiff Women 1s) and to run our SWL junior programmes! The programmes will follow the same format as last year - U18s nominated for invitation to JR trials following the Schools Rally on 11 October; U15s invited to trial following the Super Counties tournament later in the term. More details on all this - dates, venues, sign-up forms etc - will be available soon and Olivia is really looking forward to meeting the young players, their parents and coaches in our region.
